Much of Australia's 60,000 kms of coast is uninhabited
Australia is the sixth largest country in the world, and is the only one of the top six that is completely surrounded by water. With almost 60,000 kms of coastline and just over 20 million people there are vast amounts of uninhabited and spectacular coast to be explored.
The best way to experience the bays and islands of the Kimberley Coast in the west and Cape York's deserted beaches in the East is aboard either a luxury cruise vessel or a privately chartered yacht or boat. In these waters most vessels are purpose built, so that they can nose in close to spectacular coral reefs, or pop their bow under a waterfall so that you may take a cooling fresh-water ‘shower’ on the front deck!!
One of Australia’s bigger cruise vessels is over 100 metres in length, yet she was still custom-built as an expedition ship. She is more a mega-yacht than a cruise liner - her guests are few, around 50 couples, all cared for in 5-star comfort by 75 crew and she charts the path less travelled - Arnhem Land, Kimberley, Tasmania and even the waters of Papua, New Guinea.

Other cruise vessels are smaller and have more the air of adventure than a traditional cruise liner. They may carry only 30 guests, cabins are roomy but compact, air conditioned for comfort, cuisine on board is always excellent with fresh fish being a highlight, some boats carry helicopters, all have smaller tenders or zodiacs for shore excursions. They are well equipped for the activities offered (including diving, snorkelling and fishing) and you are hosted by a team of young Australian guides, hosts, chefs and a skipper well versed in the local waters.
Private charter yachts and boats are available in all shapes and sizes and we can match the vessel to your interests, group-size and budget. For those that want the very best, a luxury 41 mtr super yacht offers a standard of comfort and service that competes with the very best in her class. But unlike those that sail the Mediterranean or Caribbean waters, she can take you into remote corners of a vast country, to islands, rivers and reefs that are truly uninhabited.
